OPC IT supports the Canberra Raiders
The Canberra Raiders had their 2009 season launch last week at the Belconnen Leagues Club and members had the opportunity to mix with the team and collect autographs plus meet some of the games sporting heroes. Bradley Clyde, a past Raiders hero (for those too young to remember) was also there to hand out the team's jerseys.
One very enthusiastic and keen group of supporters was the ‘green-eyed’ OPC IT contingent. OPC has sponsored the Raiders now for the past four years. Not only do the OPC reps cheer very loudly from the stands but they provide all the IT support and remote managed services for the Club.
This year OPC is represented on the paddock by the Raiders number 2 jersey, worn by Phil Graham. Brett Norton, OPC's Managing Director was there to receive the number 2 jersey for their gallery. According to Brett, ‘OPC’s ongoing support of the Raiders stems from our commitment to Canberra and our strong local pride. We’ve been looking after Canberra’s IT needs for over 23 years and we are passionate about everything to do with this city.’
